The Willful winemaking style embodies the duality of strong will and restraint when necessary. Pinot Noir can be a tough grape to work with, but can also be the most rewarding in its elegance, balance, and complexity. We seek to unleash its unique complexity with gentle viticulture, native yeast fermentation, and minimal French oak influence, bringing out the true nature of the grape from carefully selected Willamette Valley vineyards.
Our Jezebel label offers fruit-driven, approachable wines perfect for everyday drinking and sharing. Jezebel Blanc is an aromatic blend of Alsatian grape varietals. Jezebel Pinot Noir incorporates fruit from both Willamette Valley and Southern Oregon vineyards to provide a fruit-forward style of Pinot that appeals to all palates.
