Legendary pianist George Mitchell joins us for a fabulous evening of live jazz in the dining room at The Grant House. Dinner reservations from 4.45pm. Music from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Book early on OpenTable as seating is limited! $20 cover charge goes to the band. 

"Night and the City"

We'll be pouring the lush 2021 Dundee Hills Pinot Noir, a wine of hedonistic sensuality to pair with this classic movie about the underworld of a nightclub owner. This is part of a series showing monthly through the fall at the Kiggins Movie Theatre in Vancouver WA

Why does Cabernet Sauvignon Sauvignon pair so well with a juicy steak? Why do we drink crisp white wine with oysters?  Come and explore the fabulous world of food and wine pairing with us in this science-based exploration of the structural elements of food and wine and how they partner up. What zings!? and what doesn't? and most importantly Why?

You'll taste a variety of small bites and wines and learn about they interact with each other and how to pick the perfect wine for any meal. It's easy and it's fun!

$60 per person. Reservations required. 

Come join us ghouls & gals for a frighteningly good time as local historian Jeff Davies spooks the wine right out of our glasses! History of the Grant House and the five resident ghosts will be discussed as we tour this historic old officers house & the spirits who reside within it. Reservations are highly encouraged, available at OpenTable under the "experience" options! The tour starts at 2.30pm, but feel free to make a reservation ahead of time for lunch, or at 2:15/2:30 if you'd like to join us for an early dinner afterwards! This is event is free with a $20 per person purchase.
