2023 Seven Hills Vineyard Petit Verdot

Our inaugural single-varietal Petit Verdot is everything that we had hoped it would be.

The nose has florals and a touch of sage, while the flavors of black cherry and blackberry blend perfectly into woody spice notes. The mouthfeel is decadent, but well supported by a matrix of lush tannin and structural acidity.

This wine would pair perfectly with umami-rich dishes, medium hard cheeses, or with your burger from off the grill!
