Fermented in two small lots. We included some whole clusters in an effort to balance the naturally lush Walla Walla fruit with a more restrained, elegant structure. Decant this wine and pair it with a big steak, or age the wine for several years and enjoy how it evolves.
"Blueberries and fresh-backed bread are difficult aromas to resist. There's a hint of daphne flowers hovering in the background. Black cherry and cranberry flavorsare joined by crisp notes of saline and black tea with a slice of lemon. I loved the wine's lively acidity and crisp texture" 92pts, Michael Alberty, Wine Enthusiast
