Our Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is a combination of fruit from several vineyards in the Yamhill-Carlton, Dundee Hills, Ribbon Ridge, and Chehalem Mountain AVAs. The grapes were fermented in small lots using their native yeasts and some whole-clusters to create a wonderfully complex wine with silky texture, elegant tannins, and balanced acidity.
"I love the wine's aromas of red cherries, red "licorice" and garrigue packed with lavendar. There's even a little meatiness to the nose. Flavors like candied red apple slices, hibiscus tea and cranberries fill the mouth. Prepare to decant as the wine's tannins are grippy as a cup of Irish breakfast tea." 92pts, Michael Alberty, Wine Enthusiast
