2017 Seven Hills Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Old vine Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the immaculately farmed Seven Hills Vineyard in Walla Walla, WA. The grapes were fermented as 100% whole cluster in an effort to balance the naturally lush Walla Walla fruit with a more restrained, elegant structure.  The wine was aged for 11 months in once-filled barrels and bottle unfined and unfiltered.
