2013 Delfino Vineyard Tempranillo

Our very first bottling of Tempranillo from Delfino Vineyard in the Umpqua Valley.

These gorgeous grapes were fermented as 100% whole clusters in small lots and trodden on daily with our (clean) feet, The wine was pressed off early to keep the tannins at bay, then aged in French oak for fifteen months before bottling. This wine has spicy fruit character with balanced acidity and firm, sinewy tannins.
