In this class you learn more about choices made in the vineyard and the cellar to give you the aromas you love, hate or love to hate! How to determine if a wine is sweet or dry and how that happens.  What do wine lovers mean when they talk about “the legs”, acidity, tannin structure and body in wine. $65 covers all wines and light nibbles.
