This Winemaker Cuvée is a selection of the best 5 barrels in the cellar. The grapes were fermented with native yeasts, partial whole cluster, and minimal intervention. The wine was aged for eighteen months in French oak and for six months in bottle prior to release. The finished wine has bright red fruit flavors, floral aromatics, and lighter weight. It will pair well with salmon, lean meats and mushrooms. Drink now or cellar for ten years.
