The grapes were fermented in small lots and aged for twelve months in French oak (some neutral and several one-year-old barrels).
This wine has lush red fruit flavors paired with firm but elegant tannins and earthy, floral aromas. It will pair well with chicken, pork or salmon. Drink now or cellar for three or more years.
